    • my napfa's tomorrow, i dont know whether i can pass. any tips for a person who hasnt ran for a long time ? oh anyway im a girl, the passingtime is 18 minutes. sounds easy, but i dont do sports and stuff.

      but if u have not been runnin for a long time, it sure is tough.. just keep runnin.... but tough la since nv exercise for a long time.... muscle ache all these confirm kena really. i got a horrible muscle cramp

    • dont have the mood or time to do all those. how to not stop ? running 5 rounds there continuously will kill me.

    • its one week for the retake. every week, during PE lesson. i was actually asking for some tips how t improve. hah thanks anyway.

      take lift always will muscle pain one ar? hmm... but sometimes wait for the lift very slow one. i always climb the stairs in poly

      only one day left how to improve? but u still have some time for the retake though

      just keep runnin, tell urself you dont want to retake.. shld be can pass 1.. although the result might not be good.. maybe 1 point

      what i mean is, if long time nv exercise.... then suddenly run 2.4m, do every stations in 1 day, your muscle confirm suffer 1 ma

      poly never exercise ma.. and always take lift.. lazy take stairs icon_lol.gif  ya the lifts  are damn slow, unless we're late for lesson then we climb the stairs

    • Control your breathing

       

      Look at distant objects, not on the ground.

       

      Find a pacer, like target a good runner and make sure you're at least 10 metres near her or such.

       

      Don't think of how tiring it is, think of things that you wanna do after 2.4, or take the time when you're running to re-organize your thoughts.

       

      Don't talk when you're running.

       

       

      And remember to wear clothings that are not too tight, nor too lose, and comfortable shoes.

    • i can't practise.... as in... to jog regularly to pace the timing better...

      i must long long no run... then suddenly run then i can do well...

      if i practise regularly... my timing is 13mins...
      if i don't... i can do 11mins....

      my bouncy nikes did help a bit... smile.png
